We are equipped with a full range of advanced production and testing equipment, including special-shaped outer circle piston lathes, four-axis and five-axis machining centers, X-ray detectors, German imported material analysis spectrometers and fully automatic CMM. The company has also obtained IATF16949:2016 to standardize the whole production and quality control process.
Our products are widely used in engines for automobiles, trucks, construction machinery, ships, air compressors and general machinery. Our product Alfin pistons, oilgallery pistons, special-shaped pin hole pistons, pistons with copper-bushed pin holes, cast iron pistons, steel pistons and aluminum alloy forged pistons. We adopt mature surface treatment processes including tin plating, phosphating, iron printing, graphite spraying and anodizing to meet diverse application requirements.
We have developed piston products applicable to engine series of Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, Audi, Toyota, Isuzu, General Motors, Ford and other well-known brands. We mainly support domestic mainstream engine manufacturers such as Weichai, Zichai, Xinchai, Chaochai and Laidong. Meanwhile, our products are exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia, South America, the Middle East and other regions.
